ND: 2/27.

Not yet received FP notice? My residence is Fremont, so FP center is Oakland most probably.

Any one in the same boat? What to do now?

Does the lawyer get a copy of the FP notice as well?

My ND is 2/27 but I have yet to receive FP notice whereas applicants after me have received it.

Hi Arun,

I am in the same boat from Phoenix, Arizona.
Other than San Jose people all have got finger print notices within 3 -4 weeks of ND. Is it a good idea to call IIO ? What to ask the IIO if you call ? I do not know what other options we have.
The papers belonging to few of us seem to have stuck in a corner.

INS rejected my application for incorrect fees even though the lawyer says that they sent back the same set and it was accepted. So my ND is 03/21.

Hi Guys,
When I called the INS AVM system “949-831-8427” today to check the status of my case, the automated system could not locate my case number! Is this normal?

The same true for my wife\'s 485 application and the AP.

What happen with San Francisco INS Office? Mailed my I-485 7 weeks ago. Still no receipt!!

The INS only cares to issue visa to terrorists!!! There is no receipt for law abiding and tax paying individuals!

Please check with your attorney if he/she can enquire with INS on FP notice delay.

My lawyer is a big idiot. She says not many have received FP notices and I have to wait. The fact I believe is, other than San Jose residents all seem to get FP notices in less than a month of application.

Please post if you have other details/ideas.
