October San Jose mailers are getting their FPs now. hopefully it speeds up.

Got FP Notice yesterday (21-Mar). Went to Buena Park INS center and completed FP today (22-Mar). Actual scheduled date is 16-Apr.

Got the finger print notice that mail on March 19, 2002, Done on March 23, FP location is actually El Monte

My 485 filing details

Received the copies of receipt notices of 485/EAD/AP of myself and my spouse on 03/16/2002.
MD - 01/28/2002
RD - 02/27/2002
ND - 03/05/2002
WAC-02-127-XXXXX

Got my FP notice too today. I was pleasantly surprised by it.
FP Scheduled Date - 05/01/2002
FP Scheduled location - Oakland

One thing which appears painful in this is the difference between mailing date and receipt date which is a month. Is this possible really ??
 
FP Notice

My RD is 2/15, ND is 2/28. Area of Residence: SJ/Oakland.

Not yet received my FP notice. Anyone in this area of residence, having RD/ND similar (or slightly earlier than mine) and received their FP notice.

My RD and ND are same, but from Phoenix, AZ.
Still waiting for FP notice.

No receipts yet

Spoke to my lawyer and she says that she verified that the INS has received by application and it is in their system - but we haven\'t received the receipt notices.

Since people who applied on 03/19 also got their receipts I am not convinced that the INS did not mail mine out. So I asked her for my WAC numbers since she could verify that my application was in the system.

Is there a special number for lawyers to find out this information? I read on this board that INS does not reissue receipt notices. How will this impact me?
 
AVM Update

Checked AVM lastnight. AVM says that FP results received and processing resumed on 3/27.

MD: 2/15
RD: 2/18
ND: 3/4
FP received:3/21
FP Done: 3/22
AVM updated yesterday. Processing Resumed on 3/27.

I have not yet recd the FP notice.
Should I call an IIO ?

hi guys, i got FP notice on 3/25. scheduled 4/23. planning to do on 4/23 (company and lawyer advised same)

mailed date : Feb 21
Received date : Feb 22
Notice date : Mar 04
FP notice : Mar 25 (scheduled Apr 25)
Priority Date : Apr 99 (not printed in 485 notice)
Category : EB3 india.

I am in OHIO,dayton right know.
people who are in CA getting FP within a month or so.
I don\'t know when we will get...since we are not in CA.

Anyone who applied for I-485 in February and got their FP notices for Oakland Center.

How long does it take to receive FP notice for Oakland?
