CSC FEb 485 filers View new database

AP approved

Just check the AVM, my wife\'s AP and my AP are both approved.
WAC-02-113-*****

And check the AVm for I485, found my wife\'s case is "****resumed***"
but my case is still "---it takes 990 days ----".

We done the FP in the same day, the only fifference is her FP is done
by computer, mine is done manually.

Anyone here done FP in manually?

Ignore if not employment based...

485desperate,
If your case is employment based you are not suppose to mail it to San Francisco INS office! Rather you should have mailed it to CSC directly! If you maild it to SFO then they will resent it to CSC and it may take some time.

4. How to find out which INS to go to?

Hi My ND iS FEB-5th and RD is JAN31. I did my FP on FEB27. The AVM message changed to my wife & me saying processing resumed. My daughters AVM message is not changed. An also message say they receive my FP on MAR1. But AP & EAD not yet approved

 AVM updated for my wife - says received Results on Feb\'27th and Processing Resumed but not for me.... ???
 
Got AP but no FP

My AP has been approved but I have yet to receive my FP notice. Area is Fremont, CA.

From what I hear, 485 is still 6-10 more months away for us Feb filers, early FP or no.

How u doing ? I have FP Scheduled on 05/09/02 at Oakland. But I am in Chicago now..I see that u done your FP at San Jose..Is it possible for me to do the same here in Chicago by going to nearest INS office..If it what would I need to do ? Do I need to take any appointments ? What I need alongwith that as a proof to show ? Who sends the FP back to INS office ?

Hi Ganesh
If I were in your shoes, I would try going to chicago INS FP location and explain my situation and check if they can take my FP there. All the FP\'s are sent to FBI and FBI sends them to INS. So, I assume, FP location deosnt matter. Try posting the same question in the main thread - I485.

What ever cs485 said is true. If you say the situation they may direct you, whether you can have fingerprints.

Ganesh....

I think you can do it where evr you are.It depends on the local office that you intend to go to.

I have seen postings where people have got it done at other locations
