CSC August 2005 Filing I-140 Tracking

Filed I-140/485/131/765 on Fri Jul 29 USPS. Recieved at CSC on Aug 1.
CA, EB-2, PERM, myself+dependent. Got the notice today.
 
Does anybody have the same situation ??

So far I can not check my application status online or through phone system although I already got the notice of action letter for several weeks.

According to current process time, I should receive my EAD card soon. But there is no way to check it out. I am very worry about that. I called USCIS and USCIS services were very rude. I got nothing with holding a phone for 30 minutes. So upset :mad: :mad: I read in this forum before. Somebody can send an email to USCIS when they had problem to follow their case status. May I know the email address. I am very appreciate with your help if you can share some info. or exprience.

Here is my info below.

EB2/RIR
I-140 --- RD July 7, ND July 22
I-485 --- RD July 7, ND July 22
I-765 --- RD July 7, ND July 22
 
Here is my case

I submitted the I-140 (EB1-multinational executive/Manager)
RD - CSC July 22,2005
Will submit I-485 next week.

Nothing much from them yet.Have to wait and keep a watch.Any past experiences and insight wil definitely help.

Experiences from others in my compnay on L1-A - 3 months approval at CSC.

Hi gp111,
Its good to see to here. I was looking for a suitable forum to discuss and track I-140. My LC was approved on June 29, 2005 by the Dallas BPC and the letter was received in the first week of August. Since I cannot file I-140 and I-485 cocurrently so I am going for I-140 at this time and will file for I-485 when dates become current.
So the first few questions for everyone:
1) How much time is taking these days for I-140 approval in California? Is it 3 months ?
2) Can I file I-485/EAD/AP when the dates become current even if my 140 is pending?

Yes around 3 months on average

Yes, That is what called SEMI CONCURRENT

I believe I140 approval rate will slow down in the coming month. Its already slow for the Apr 2005 cases. There are many people who are still waiting for the approvals. I believe avg approval time frame is going to be 4-6 months

Finally my labor was approved today and they are going to file I-140,I-485,EAD,AP in a week to 10days time. I have birth certificate,marriage certificate. Anything else I need for filing these? Please let me know so that I will keep in handy and don't waste time from my end.

Also, do you know how long it takes to get EAD after filing? I believe, if you don't get EAD, you can go to the nearest office and get it. Please throw some light on that.

If you don't get EAD then you can pick up a temporary work permit(EAD) 90 days after the RD

In addition to the documents (birth and marriage certificate, copies of passports, I-94s, 6 photos, employment verification letter, copies of driver license) you and your dependants will have to do the medical exam and that takes time as well. In my case, it took total of 3 weeks to put together all documents and send them off to USCIS.

Question: could you please let me know which center approved your Labor Certificacation: Dallas or Philadelphia?

how soon after applying do we get the I-140 receipt? and can we track I-140 status online on USCIS website?

Medical Exam

Hello,

What kinds of things do doctors examine? Does it take a whole day? Do I have to wait for my lawyer's instruction before medical exam?

I have already made an arrangement to get a birth certificate (English), which will be delivered by this Friday.
