I didnt get any LUD either on I-485. LUDs changed for already approved AP and Work Auth on 3/31

Probably cases with FP done in last 60 days got LUDs. I did mine on Jan 24th 2007.

Me and My spouse had informen to USCIS for address change. Now, I saw LUD on 3/28, 3/29 for spouse and Today for me. Do they give LUD after address change or not. I have I-140 approved, BG check cleared. RD for I-485 is Dec 5 06.
Please any body can answer me?

My I-485's RD is 6/2/06 and LUD is 7/3/06. My app's at NSC. Its therefore 2 months over due. Requested my attorneys to file an inquiry and got a letter today saying my case is under review and a decision or notice of other action will be sent within 60 days. Does that sound good or bad? Another 60 days of wait.. ugh! Am I stuck in namecheck? I'm surprised I haven't had a LUD ever since my FP was done at the end of June!
On a separate note, I filed my wife's I-485 as a dependent in Nov 2006, five months after mine was filed. In these cases, are both apps approved at the same time, or will she have to wait for her turn? Any one has any experience with these kind of situations? Thanks.

Not sure if it's good or not. Some of my friends who also submitted a service request were told that theirs were still on background check. So the reply you got might be a good sign. But again, you never know.

let's wait 60 days and see what will happen. some people got letters saying wait 6 months before contact them again. I feel 60 days are better response, well, sort of. I also saw LUD on 3/21 (the letter date) and the next 3 days.
I'll be happy to get my GC by 5/21.

1- Birth certificate issues.
2- TB test not done or not documented why it is not done.
3- Emloyment letter
4- Suppoting evidence for: Bank account, savings, joint account, marriage certificate, etc..

We filed our 485's in sep 2006, my wife just now received an RFE email and no update on my application? we are a bit bit worried... we dont what it would be RFE for .... any advices!!! Thanks in advance

How to find out on name check initiation
Hi Guys,
I did not see the status updates on my I-485 Application so far. I started looking for updates only after FP. How do i know that they initiated name check on my Application. When do they inititate? Is it after FP? or after RD date.
