Concurrent Filing I140 & I485 Nebraska Service Center

I and my wife recived Fingerprints Notice on 10/10/02
Notice Date for FP is 10/04/02
Appointment date is 10/31/02

EAD approved

Online status checking pages show that my and my wife's EAD have been approved today. However, it says:

On October 11, 2002, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Processing normally takes between 90 and 120 days. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

does anyone know how long will it take to get the plastic card? Will it be sent to me directly or to my attorney?

Also I noticed that the message on AVM has not been changed yet. I will check it next week. Hopefully it is true that my EAD has been approved.
 
Reciept Notice and Details

Mailed on 9/18/02
RD=9/19/02 for all (485,EAD,AP)
ND=9/25/02 for all
FP ND=10/4/02
FP Scheduled=10/31/02
All above documents recieved on 10/11/02
EB2 140 Approved 9/11 (RD=ND=5/10)
Labor Priority date=8/10/2000
Labor Approved=4/14/2002 (Yes it took 1 1/2 years for RIR, Went into NOF due to Layoffs)

Your INS part is much quicker than others. However Labor killed you. Now everyhting would be fine. I have applied on 9/13, NO FP yet. Got receipt notice.

485 receipt notice received

I received only 485 receipt notice, and my wife received both 485/EAD receipt notices today. No FP notice yet. Here are the details:

Filing date: 09/11/2002
RD: 09/12/2002
ND: 10/08/2002

sirisha76, don't worry, you should get yours next week.

I140 Approved

According to online status check, my I-140 has been approved on october 11. My details are:
case type: EB3/Non-RIR
RD: July 30
ND: July 31
AD: October 11

Filed I-485 in September. Details for 485 are:
RD: September 09
ND: September 19
FP due on: October 29 (Chicago)
Heven't applied for EAD or AP.

Could you please add me to the tracker as well?

No news yet, I have not hear anything regarding HC
of I140 from my Lawyer

My EAD was approved on Oct 11, but the online status said
it will take about 30-120 days to get a new card

Seems the trend is , for concurrent filing, INS will review /
approve I140 before issuing EAD/AP

I will update tracker tonight

I just talked to my lawyer and he said he received Hard Copy
today , so it takes about 7 days after approval date

I-140 Approved on Oct 7, 2002
Received HC on Oct 14, 2002

Hi,

I filed concurrently (i140 & i485) sent to INS on 0ct 1st, but not received the case numbers yet. still waiting to get the file numbers. One of my checks has been cleared from my bank. The chekc which got cleared was the I140 check. I will post my deatails as soon as i receive it so that my details can also be updated in the tracker.
