Concurrent Filing I140 & I485 Nebraska Service Center

I just checked the online status for my ead application.It got approved for both of us (my spouse and I).

EAD got approved just after 3 days of the 140 approval.

Now only AP/I-485 applications are pending.

Concurrent filing
ND for all the applications 11/13/2002
140 approval 3/27/2003
EAD approval 3/31/2003 (spouse and myself)
AP ????


Please let me in how many days I should expect to receive the EAD card in the mail,will it come to me directly or to my lawyer.

FILING FEES

Could one of you tell me who I should make the INS filing fee payable to?

Should I make the checks payable to "Bureau of citizenship and immigration services".

I need to send filing fees for I-140,I-485,I-765,I-131 and finger printing fee.

Should I make checks for all the above filings to "Bureau of citizenship and immigration services" ???

They will accept checks payable to "INS" or "Bureau of citizenship and immigration services"

Immunization requirements.

Hi,

How critical is immunization record while applying for I485. INS physician says that in absence of past record, I have to have 2 shots of MMR and they have to be taken a month apart.

I was wondering if I can send application and medical form with incomplete immunization record now, take second shot after a month and show second immunization record to INS/BCIS later.

You will get EAD cards directly and it will take probably one week
to get them.AP goes to your attorney.

I don't have past immunization record I didn't have to wait for
one month(Don't remember exactly if they gave me one shot or
2 shots). Try another physician because I never heard from
anyone about waiting for one month.

NSC doesn't update website or avm for fp notice sent as far as i know, once fp is done it takes months before thet update status.

My I-140 got approved today :)
Both On-line case status system and the AVM updated this afternoon.

RD: 11/27/2002
ND: 11/27/2002
AD: 04/11/2003

Case Type: NSC/EB3/Concurrent

I-485/EAD/AP filed with I-140 Receipt on 12/27/2002.
EAD and AP are still under processing.

No RFEs for I-140. But it was a long wait (over 4 months).

My brother I140 got approved on 7 April. - ND - 21 April
EAD AD - 11 April - ND - 21 April
EB2/RIR concurrent

One of my friend (EB3/RIR concurrent) whose works in my company got I140 approved on 1 April. ND for I140 was last week of Dec'2002.
