Concurrent filing 140/485 Tracker-CSC

Processing dates going backward

Thanks Arizona_heat, this is directly from the source (of the problem :)
The I140-D dates are going backward, now it's March 17th, 2003!!
It was May 5th before. At that rate, the longer we wait, the longer it is going to take, there's something wrong with this equation. Damn them.

Data entry error

There appears to be a data entry error on the report, so that every row from the AP one down has dates off by one row. So it looks like the dates have changed, but they haven't.

Yes - the dates seem to be a row off. Trust i140 dates not to move.
EB2-March 17 2003 and EB3 - April 07 2003 doesnt make sense but
EB2-May 5 2003 and EB3 - March 17 2003 does - the dates we've been seeing with unfailing consistency in the last 3 months!

Finally the 140 processing date for EB2 moved to June 16 2003.

Hi ,

I have scrolled down the processing times accidentally
and found that the table contained another set of dates
for 140, 129, 485. The dates given in the last portion of
table looks like latest.

Finally the 140 processing date for EB2 moved to June 16 2003.
I guess these dates are correct as one my friend received
his H1b extenstion approved (filed on june 16th). See 129 processing time reflects june 26th.

Hi all!

Just to let you know that my I-140 was approved, I saw it today on the website. It says that they mailed the approval notice yesterday.

It took 11 months (I applied january 26, 2003, concurrent), and two RFEs to get it. My company is very small, only 5 employees, so they asked for many things.

Thank you so much to everybody in this forum for their support, and good luck.

All,

Even though the I-140 EB2 dates in CSC have been moved to June I still think there are lot of the cases unattended having recept dates prior to June. (Refer Kenboo's scan report)

If any one of you have recently (in last one month) got any approval in I-140 EB2 please post in this thread.

Thanks very much

The following case has been approved. On November 20, 2003
WAC0316954307

I suppose this is an EB2 but I don't know whether this is concurrent filed.

Anyone knows… How to get Interim EAD card from local INS office?

I am planning to get an Interim EAD card for my wife from San Jose, CA INS Office. I believe many people in this forum went through this process. I would need to know the answers for the following questions.

1) List of papers/copies that we might need?
2) Do we need to pay $120.00 fee once again (we already paid the fee with the pending I-765 application for EAD)?
3) How early do we need to go to the SJC INS Office? How long it takes there?
4) Any other suggestions??

Notes: We did concurrent filing for 140/485/EAD/AP. I-140 and AP was approved. I-485 and EAD application is pending for more than eight (8) months.

Thanks in advance for your kind help!!!

Niza,

I am in the same situation. Concurrent filing, and
EAD of me and my wife are pending for 8 months as well.
My guess is that they are 'on hold' and in such case Interim
EAD won't be issued.

My H1B is good for another 2 years, so I made an inquiry of EAD status instead of going to the office directly for interim EAD (and possible rejection)

Hi Kenboo,
Did your I-140 get approved? I heard that EAD and AP could be "on hold" if I-140 is not approved. But... the following posting says that still you can get iEAD even though I-140 is not approved.

Anyway... My I-140 got approved. My pending AP also got approved right after the approval of I-140. Only the EAD and I-485 is pending. As for as I understand... EAD shouldn't be "on hold" anymore.

new processing time

BCIS has updated processing times and the dates for 140, EAD, AP hasn't moved at all since Nov20 '03 :-((

Any recent CSC I140 EB2 processing updates?

The prima facie review that was done and regressed to 05/05/03, approx 3 months back was vain. There are still cases that are not touched having RD in May. But CSC official website shows otherwise. What the hell is going on?

rk4gc,
You are lucky at the least you have got an RFE. There are still cases in May that are not yet looked at.

Thanks for the update
