Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

where is my 140

I file 140/485 last Sept, and my Labor is filed March,2004.
do you think it is safe to change job before I recieve my 140 approval,
I have wait 9 months for my 140, when will it be approved. I am in bad situation caused by the delay, my H1B is going to Expire, EAD is going to Expire
my job is not secure,
how come USCIS take 140 for such a long time, it change my life totally because of the delay. wake up USCIS, your delay is change people's life

I think they are approving concurrently filed cases only for those whose priority
dates are current.

And I have no idea when my priority date will be current.
 
My I-140 was approved

My I-140 Eb1-OR has been approved this morning. I got LUDs yesterday afternoon and this morning.

LUD 3/22/06 (Transfer CSC to TSC), 5/22/06, 6/20/06 (no message change)

Congratulation, Xibeilang. I saw your post avove and was about to tell you that good news is coming. Based on my experience, I first saw a LUD without massage change then approval came the second day. You are in exactly same situation.

I am also in EB1 OR category. I guess you are from China, right? Out priority date will become current on July 1st. Let's hope 485 will be approved soon. Please update your status either here or in the 485 thread.

There is a lot of movement in 005. I havnt seen that much movement in 002-004 and 009 this week.

Today I got three emails saying that my I-140 EB2-NIW (concurrent) has been approved.
TSC is doing great job!

Currently I am in the University and recently got job offer from an industry (my current H1B is not valid for industry). I just wondering whether I should move to Industry with my EAD (from concurrent filing) while my I-485 pending (from visa retrogression contry). Any input will be very helpful!

Congratulations PRC06!! So glad to see that NIW cases are finally being touched, and I-485 priority date doesn't have to be current. Hopefully it won't be too long before I hear something from them..
 
Just LUD update

I just got update for my 140 a few mins ago, but nothing changed except LUD from 5/22/05 to06/21/2006. Anyone else get this update?

Mine changes on 6/13/06 from 5/22/06 without message change. It's been eight days and no approval!! It is really frustrating!! My lawyer sent the inquiry on 6/16/06.

I am in an exact same situation as you. RD is 2/11/05..
How did your lawyer initiate the enquiry, is there a no to call. I've been asking my lawyer to initiate an enquiry but nothing's happened so far :(

PRC06, I am in the same boat (if NIW goes thru)

It would be good if we two keep each other informed about the situation.
 
This is the most unprofessional and unorganized process that I have ever come across. I am entering the 10th month of application here and I still havnt heard anything. My professional and personal life are both stuck at one point because of this stupid approval. And even after the approval, there is another queue to stand in. There is no end to it. For how long can someone stay at one point in his/her career? This is just ridiculous.

Hi Ahaly and others,
I have been a silent observer of the forum till now. I thought I will also join the group and let you know that there are more like you stuck with the I140/CSC->TSC story. My case being NIW-EB2, I think is going slower than other I140 cases. Good to see that PRC got approval recently. I hope one fine day the INS people will stumble upon my application and actually take a look at it, keeping fingers crossed
