Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

Thanks! Did you see LUD in your 485? I only see my my 140 has LUD today (6/13). 485 stay the same.

I hope the LUD means someone is touching our cases. Not another universal LUD to all cases.

My 485 LUD has been changed, but 140 LUD is still same. Something is wrong with my case, but I am pretty sure the TSC is working on the transferred EB1 or NIW cases.

Congrat. Amazing to see how many people that posted earlier about their cases have an approval a couple of days later... It s a coincidence I know.
Well in case it s not... I am posting the now famous message now...

Congrats jbxieperm2005, There have been some progress in EB1.. I am still waiting - Hoping for an update some time soon !!

Today I received emails from USCIS-CSSO saying that 485 for both myself and spouse have been approved!

"Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On June 14, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a
new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center. "

Is this it? Still finding it a little hard to believe.

My I140 got approved last week after almost 9 month delay. TSC for sure made up for that delay by processing 485 in 6 days!

I hope it is not a hoax.

All the best to those waiting. TSC does seem to be fast, though random. I am sure everyone of you will get approved in June.

I am from India. I was able to just beat the retro and filed in September. eb1 dates moved amazing 3+ years in last 8 months. My PD became current in June.
My GC process started in 96, with two failed attempt. I went out of US for 5 years, to come back and file as eb1-c.

Overall, I think it worked out ok in the end. Instead of waiting and fretting here, I spent time in India, Singapore, Europe!

eb1 for india has moved very fast. though both eb1 and eb2 are stuck for this summer atleast. so i guess i am not getting out of this situation anytime soon.

hmm.. i guess i am stuck with the fretting option for now...

Hi Stock,

My case is 60055xxx - Its still pending EB1 - Transferred to TSC 3/22. Does your count mean that mine is one of the '3' cases thats still in Received state? Does anyone know what the 'All Others' mean?
