Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

I suppose there must be some reason that we are left behind. Is it due to case catergoty? Or are we be picked for additional review (this is one process USCIS does)?

We know EB1 and EB2-NIW are slow now. Maybe also for sub-labor cases. Is there any other labor certificate based EB2 and EB3 cases still pending? I am talking about concurrently filed in Sep-Nov 2005 to CSC.

Well….. I still believe this is all random. Transferred cases are being picked up randomly and processed. I also think that cases filed directly into TSC stacked in a different queue than the transferred cases.

TSC completely aware of the queue load they have to handle. They've changed the message on 5/22 on purpose (exactly 60 days after the transfer message), in order not to accept any inquires…

My personal guess is that the new ND RD is now 3/29 for all transferred cases. According to TSC processing dates last published on 5/31 the dates for I-140 remains 1/19, so we still have some time. Would be interesting to see the updated processing dates from TSC in a week time…

The best we can do is continue to wait and share information (-:

I140 approved!

Today morning I got the emails that I140 is approved :). Compbination of 2+3 mails.

Yesterday my attorney had called USCIS to Inquire. I am not sure if it had any impact on approval at all.

It may not hurt to ask your attornies to call USCIS on status. (It may be just a coincidence also).

Thanks to all the posters here who have been sharing the information on this forum and keeping the hopes up.

I140/I485 Approvals

Hi ALL

GOOOOOOOOOOOOD NEWSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS......

After I140 RFE reply on 05/30/06 ( simple RFE - degree evaluation), today I got bunch of sweet mails about my I140 & I485 approvals( This is from TSC after transfer from CSC).

Wishing you all GOODLUCK for sooner approvals.

My Case Details:
CA - EB2 - PD: 06/2002 - Concurrent filing
I140/I485 - RD:09/27/2005 - ND:10/04/2005 - wac060045xxxx

You want to know what i think ?... i think they are sending them by batches and update the system the same way.

I just start the inquiry today,since it has been pass 60 days from March,29.
a lady take it seriously,verify everything,but she told me to wait for answer
and give me a Reference Nuber xxxxxxxxxxxxCSC

how did they by the 60 day limit? what is the meaning of 60 day limit?
 
Which number you called? Can you inquire I140 by yourself?

I have to visit India, my Visa is expired! I was just hoping that I would get this at I140 before Jun, so that I can save a trip to Consulate. Looks like i hv to drop my visit :(( Man...this process sucks.
 
I remember you received the mail "the document based on registration ... mailed in April .... ". Is this not an approval? Did you clarify what's that?

Long 4 year wait comes to an end.

Got a LUD on 06/06 - Welcome notice mailed.
Got another LUD on 06/07 with no message change.
Now (06/08) I got about 10 emails with the following message.

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On June 8, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

I hope everyone of you get your approval very soon. Good luck.

a newbie

Hi guys, I'm a newbie here. I just got my labor certified and my lawyer and employer are preparing our 140/485 applications. Can somebody point me to a link that gives some useful suggestions to double-check the application prepared by my lawyer before they submit them? I just want to avoid common errors that happen during initial 140/485 application process.

Although it's very difficult to predict, at this stage what else could I do to minimize problems later during the course of 140/485 application? Thanks a lot for all your help.

Finally after 10 months, my i-140 got approved today. I received 3 emails from CRIS

MY RD is 08/24/2005
EB3
CSC --> TSC on 03/22/2006
Got LUD on 05/22/2006
AD is 06/09/2006
