Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

I am about to file I-140 through Scedule A, Group 2. My lawyer thinks we should get I-140 approved before 485. Because we might just waste money filing 485. Any guidance folks?

I received five emails this morning with an RFE notice. I think it would be ability to pay since we filed the I-140 (own Labor PERM EB-3) in Dec. 2005 (Priority Date Oct. 2005) and at the time of filing I didn't have my W-2 for that year and the company tax returns for that year. We only included my paystubs from Oct-2005 through Dec-2005. Although I am on employers payroll and I get over the salary listed on the LC, it seems that USCIS is still interested on company financials.
If that is the case, I know that our company's tax return are not good (running zero). However, they make payroll for all employees. What would be a good strategy for me to submit?

Earlier email I got was not for an approval. Finally I got 5 emails ( 2 from USCIS and 3 from Cris) which says this case has been approved.

You will recieve RFE within 7-10 days, I got RFE on my I140 and replied on 05/30/2006. They approved my I140 & I 485 on 06/08/2006.
