All cases transferred on 3/22 are reported as All Others. That's a bug in a code.

My LUD was changed on 6/13 from 5/22. no message changed. I was hoping that my case WAC0604453xxx will be approved soon. since WAC06044508~524xxx have been approved, am I next in the line???

Is there any one running scanner and posting the results. I did it until 1st week of this month. If you would like I will re-run and and post it here. But you will see lot of change in the results, as my database is 2 weeks old, since I last run it. I have database for 256,257,258,259,260,001,002,003,004,005,006 dates.

Also, any one wants to run the scanner for the above database and post the results on a regular basisr?

Since my 140 approval, Iam not coming to this 140 thread.

Actually, I had run the database for several days after my 140 approval. Seems no one is interested to own the database that I have to run the scanner. Also, Iam creating a similar, but little more, around Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov - 2005 database to track 485 cases. Anyways, my PD is still a long way to go. Hope you get your 140 soon.

My lawyer sent the inquiry letter for 140 on 6/16/06. Does it help?

I am on the same boat. Someone said that CIS process cases by alphabet of first name in a database. Is it true? My first name start by "Y". In wac060055XXXX, 70% cases were processed, they did not touch my case at all so far.

I just got update for my 140 a few mins ago, but nothing changed except LUD from 5/22/05 to 6/20/06. What's next? Anyone else get this update?

Count me in as well. EB2-NIW (CSC) ND 9/27/05. Still waiting for a decision.
I think they are approving concurrently filed cases only for those whose priority
dates are current.
 
My guess is that, it takes some where between 8 months to 9 months for the concurrently filed 140s, specially for CSC-TSC transferred cases that were filed around sept, oct, nov -2005 time frame.

In my case, it took about 9 months to get the 140 approval. Top of that, I was not even sure that where my case located. So.. if it takes longer than 9 months, its better to make an Inquiry.
