Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

nothing in 002,003,004 so far this week. 5 approvals in 009 today.
 
It looks to me NIW and EB1-OR lags behind, although I know there are cases belonging to other categotes still pending and a few EB1 OR have approved. I can understand these are the most difficult cases to process.

My case is EB1 OR. To my memory, Ahaly and csc09niwer is NIW, and vijayny is EB1 (OR?). Who else belong to these two categories?

EB1-ET Filed Dec, 2005

Hi,

I'm EB1-ET, filed mid Dec 2005. Still waiting...

Transferred to TSC on March 22, 2005
LUD on 5/22/2006 - indicating the case has been received for processing on March 29 2006.

Actually the LUD is exactly 60 days since the transfer. I guess TSC wanted to limit the number of case inquiries once pending over 60 days…

i know another niw case from 002 which hasnt been processed yet.
 
Everyone got that LUD on that day (5/22). It means nothing.

My case is also NIW. I'm still waiting for 140 approval.

EB-2,PD 03/2003 (RIR)
CSC transferred to TSC 03/22/06
I-140 approved 05/23/06
I-485 approved (e-mail notice) on 06/01/06
LUD 06/03/06 (message indicate card has been ordered)

Got GC in the mail today. I thought the approval notice will come first and then the next step will be stamping at USCIS. My god, never expect this. Policy change or just my luck, not sure.

It has been a very stressful month for me. I lost my job on April 28th, when my I-140 still pending (over 180 days, along with I-485). Scrambled to find a part-time job to transfer my H1B, then good news finally came, one after another, I do not know how to express my feeling. There are God's blessing.

My attorney called USCIS today.

They are not sure where my I140 is transferred. It could be TSC or NSC. They have asked to wait for 180 days from transfer date :mad:

You have that LUD on 5/22 which said received by TSC on 3/29, right? Do you mean it is still possible to be transferred to NSC? This is my big concern.

I got the notice from TSC. However, I am surprised that USCIS is not sure where my application is.
 
This scare me. Are they transferring some categories cases to NSC? You are EB1C, right?

I am not sure what TSC is doing. I havnt seen any activity in this week for 002,003,004. There was just one approval in 004 yesterday.
 
EB1 - TSC I140 Pending

It looks like TSC is not processing EB1 140 cases - I have gathered the following people waiting for I140 - Please post any other EB1 cases:

What TSC is doing

I see from the "Texas Consolidated I-140 tracker" thread of this forum that many I-140 cases filed in April and even May 2006 got approved by TSC. I really don't know in what order TSC is processing the I-140 cases. It seems that TSC doesn't consider the order of filing dates at all to process the cases. Some cases got approval in two weeks after their filing, while the CSC transferred cases like mine are pending for 8 to 9 months and still waiting.
