Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

Was talking to my attorney this morning regarding something.
During the conversation he mentioned they have enquired about
few I-140/485 cases from my company that were xfred from
CSC to TSC and got the "wait for 180 days" reply. Looks like this
is a standard "reply of the week" and It doesn't matter if are an
established attorney or an individual.

Just FYI.
 
The wait of 180 days is from the Receipt Date of 140 or from the transfer date to Texas which is around March 22nd for most of the people.

Thanks for response. I hope the answer you got to wait for 180 days will not be true. I remember someone mentioned very earlier that the officer at 800 service phone said all transferred case will be processes within 90 days, which will be the end of June. If they pick up the speed, it is not something impossible.

I do not know how to run scan because I am not a computer guru. But I manually input the case numbers with 001 date (fortunately, only 77 cases in 001) and find 2 approvals and 2 RFEs in this week. As I said, 001 is an unlucky number. There are a lot of RFEs.

I just curious how they distributed the cases? Why it is so randomly? Do they distribute cases based on category (Like EB1 OR, NIW, or EB2 PERM) or ND?

any body have idea about WAC0580054XXXseries aprooval.For me its submitted on Aug18,2005 and RFE on March 15,2006.Still no aprooval notice.LUD is 22April 2006.Its for EB3 schedule A(nurse) job.Now no idea what is happening.Tried to call USCIS but nobody is answering for long time.Anybody have direct number or e-mail id of USCIS

I have been wait for 9 month for my 140, what are TSC doing,do I need to refile
my I140 through the premium method?
 
Any I140 last few days

It almost looks like TSC has stopped processing I140 - I am also in the same boat - Been about 8.5 months. If anyone has heard anything from attorneys please post.
 
Still waiting for my I140 approval

I am also waiting for almost 10 months for my I-140 approval . Not sure what's going on.
 
gail2006, vijayny,amedub....anyone got emails that your cases are transferred to TSC or is it still in CSC. Its been more than 9 months in my case as well, but my case is still in CSC. Not sure whats goin on.
 
Here are my details:

I140/I485 Concurrent CSC: RD 10/3, ND 10/7
I140 - Transfer to TSC 3/22 (LUD and Online message change)
I140 - LUD 5/22: Change message to "received in TSC, takes 300-400 days"

Sub Labour : EB2
I140 / 485 - ND Aug 16, 2005.
Transfered to TCS on Mar 22nd and
LUD : 5/31/06 saying case was received on March 29, 2006.

May be you can call CSC and ask them about your case.

Nice job and beautiful curve. Based on the treadline, they will complete all 001 cases by the end of June. Let's hope TSC will do work as mathemetic model predicted.

So far this week I have not see any approval report. Are they taking another break?
