Same here. LUDs: received, transferred to Texas, 5/22 received in Texas, 5/30 approved. Your case will be processed really soon.
 
My RD is 08/29

I am also in the same boat! My RD is 08/29, I-140 got transfered from CSC to TSC on 03/22/2006 and there is one LUD change on 05/22 saying TSC received my case... Still hanging in there..
 
My RD date is Dec 21.

Same thing. Case transfer from CSC to TSC on 3/22. Received an update on 5/22 that my case was received. Nothing after that. I wonder it's not a security check wait.
 
How many days does it take to receive 140 Approval notice in mail?

Does any one know? Is it by regular mail or FedEx. Some body said it would take 5 days (business days?) or some thing. Is it true?

Iam not sure whether Attorney will receive the notice or the company or both of them with 2 seperate copies?

Folks, those of you who received it ... can you please tell us?

My I140 was approved on May 11th and my attorney received the the approval on MAy 18th. I assume that it was a regular mail.
 
Mine 140/485 RD is 07/30/05
still waiting.
I'm really curious what on earth is USCIS doing?
So many filed recently has been approved, just left those filed long long ago there. :mad:

Same in my case. It was filed Aug 28, 2005. After response to the RFE last month theres been no movement. Not sure what CSC does with the existing cases which are not transferred.
 
Responded to I140 RFE on May 12th. No LUDs after 05/22/06.

Will our case transfer to TSC? long time ago, I inquiried about my case and received a letter from CSC said they will transfer my case to TSC, so now I donot know where my case is, because I never received letter to notify when my case was transfered.

Any one will run and post scan stutus after perm_faq? I wonder how many poor guys like me still waiting here.

Anyone esle belong to 06-001? It looks like this is the slowest group.

what was your original filing date of 140. Did you recieve any RFE from CSC?

Yestarday I made an inquiry on 1-485. Today my 1-140 AND I-485 have been approved.

LC PD: Dec 2002
LD AD: August 2005
I-140 & I-485 RD: Sep 2005
I-140 RFE: FEB 2006
Response to RFE sent on MAY-12-2006.
Made an inquiry on I-485: May-30-2006
I-140 & I-485 AD: 06/01/2006
