Concurrent Filers (140/485) CSC-TSC: Waiting for 140 Approval

Congratulations to all who have already got the approval. I am one of those WAC060015**** for EB1-C.

I got an email from CRIS which says that "On April 3, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued"

Dont know what does this mean. Neither my attorney nor company representative have received any decision on my case :(

There were LUDs on our (Me, Spouse and son) 485 cases on the same day.

Dont know what is it :((

Did any body else on the form got such email which turned into an approval email?

Thanks perm_faq, you are helping so many people in this forum.

I guess your case was forgoten at one corner in CSC. It was located and approved after your attorney initiate an inquiry. Sometime bad thing can turn to a good thing.

Thanks to all of you for the great words and all your support during the hard time. Per my attorney my case did not goto TSC. I have not yet received the approval notice in the mail.

** I will run the scanner DAILY and post the updates on this thread. Please see if any one is interested to run it.

Hello everyone,
I am thankful to God and everyone in this great froum, delighted to let you know that My EB1-OR got approved on May 19, 2006. (Sorry for the delayed news, I was away for a vacation).
TSC did a very good job. They are fast. No LUD till approval.
My details are in my signature below.

I have couple of questions for those who already got approved:
1. My H1 visa expires on July 14, 2006. Do I need to apply for an extension? I have EAD work authorization approved upto 02/2007.

2. How long do I have to wait till my 485 gets approved

3. Can I work for another company with my EAD or do I need to apply for new H1 from the new company.

My FP was done on 04/20/06, 485 concurrently file with 140. What's next?

An Amendment Relating to EB Immigration Passed Today

relay from oh-law:

The Senate passed today Bingaman amendment to limit the total number of EB aliens including spouses and children for the EB-based green cards be limited to 650,000 during any fiscal year. The original bill was to exempt the spouses and children of the EB immigrants from the numerical limitation and principal EB immigrants number was proposed to be 450,000. In a way, these two proposals remain intact, provided that the spouses and children can indirectly restrict the total EB numbers available for the EB immigrants and their spouses and children, but overall this amendment will add impressive numbers to the EB immigrant annual quota system.

My FP was done in Nov, No address change, no inquiry initiated........ I really dont know what the hell this message means.

I am going all nuts as no where I can find an answer for this case. 99% of the hits in google I got says it is not an approval.

This process sucks big time.

Did any one on this forum also got such an email and got their approval? If so, after how long they got the approval notice.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
 
Have you tried calling "National Customer Service at 1(800)..." ? I think thats the best thing to clarify the information that you have. I have seen people either receiving emails saying "we have received...its taking 400-450 days...etc" which ultimately ended-up with an approval. But, I have not seen the kind of message that you had received.

Also, most of the times, the decision for the petition on file, was mailed to the attorney who is on G-28 record. It never sent out "directly" to the petitioner. I think, either you make an enquiry to CIS if you have not received any paper work as mentioned in the message or call the National customer service.

Hi catw0man,

I had an "approval or registration" kind of email around a month back. And yesterday I got the approval emails. I also got a weird notice before the "approval or registration" email saying that a document that was sent by USCIS has been returned as undeliverable. When my lawyer called to find out what document, USCIS told her that there is nothing that was sent and the application looks like is approved. USCIS asked to call back after 30 days about the document itself.

On Wednesday my lawyer again and they told her that my I140 was approved today (Wednesday). Sure enough, the next day I got my approval notice. I would suggest that you ask your lawyer to contact USCIS.

I can take up the scan database from you. I am doing 042, 043 and 044, and can combine your database with it. The only thing is that instead of daily, I would be able to post it twice or thrice a week.

catw0man, I saw a similar case in 002-003 database as decribed in smoky. That one was also approved recently. Just FYI.....
