Hi Guys,
Don't lose heart. I just received the 3 sweet emails about I 140 approval.

The following is the latest information on your case status

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On May 26, 2006, an approval notice was
mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice,

Now waiting to receive the hard copy/evidence on the approval

It is just a matter of time

Don't worry my friend, It is just a matter of time before 008 series is picked up. Please note that mine was 007 series and yours should be coming very soon.

My case is approved....

Hello All,
received emails with approval.
Sep 29'06 RD, ND Oct 05'06 and AD 05/26/06. Hell lot of wait watching painfully the approvals of later cases....
My case is EB2 subst labor.
God only knows about the status of my original labor case dated Oct 2001

Thanks for the great words and all your support during the hard times. Atleast one hurdle is gone and wait begins for the next and final one. Right!

Looks like things are favoring for the legal immigrants that are waiting due to retorgression. Yesterday, senate passed one amendment raising the total visa to 650,000 from the current limit of 140,000(I guess). Look for my post that I posted yesterday.

Senate approved the bill S. 2611

Me too - would like to learn about how to understand the trend that these Scans are trying to explain.... Forgive my ignorance!

Our I140 # is WAC060325XXXXX. But we haven't heard anything besides the LUD that everyone received on 05/22. The scanner results show activity on WAC060425XXXXX. Does that mean that all the WAC0603XXXX have already been processed???

He's done a great job of writing the scanner as well as the instructions to run it. Please check out all the posts in that thread, where you will find a lot of answers to potential questions.

As far as the dates are concerned, it looks like they have processed about two-thirds of the cases, across all date ranges, during the Sep-Dec timeframe (check out Perm_faq's postings to see a wide date range around end-Sep to early-Oct). That appears to be the only trend that's visible. Looks like they are covering pretty much all the dates evenly.

I agree about the 2/3 cases being covered part. And I am worried about the rest of the 1/3rd

It looks like the I40 processing has slowed down a lot - There were a bunch of us who got an LUD on 5/22 - I was eagerly awaiting an update after that, but havent heard anything so far.

If anyone got any update after an LUD on 5/22 please post. I am hpoing to see a decision soon after waiting for more than 8 months now.

I got it.

My i140 got approved. REceived 3 e-mails with a message:
"This case has been approved. On May 30, 2006, an approval notice was mailed."

I think till the end of June all transferred cases will be processed. So guys who are waiting - do not lose your hope, you'll get it soon too.

Congrats!! Mine is 11/29/05 and my LUD changed on 5/22 for thef irst time that they transferred 3/21/06.
