Potential I-140 Approval

Hello,

My lawyer spoke with USCIS office in Texas today and was told that my I140 has been approved. I have not seen any approval emails yet but hoping that I will see them tonight. I will let you guys know if I do.

What triggered your lawyer to talk to USCIS Texas office? Did you ask him to do that?

It was because we got an email from USCIS about "A document regarding approval or registration has been...". Since we did not receive anything for a month, we decided to call USCIS. My lawyer is very responsive and proactive about finding the status.

My I-140 is approved yesterday and today I had received all 3 sweet CRIS Emails. Thanks guys for all your support that kept me alive since I filed my 140 petition. Really, I was almost out of breath in waiting for the 140 approval, since its more than 9 months and my company went down by a quite a bit. Also, Iam into final months of 6-th year of H1B.

I just ran the scanner and posted the results. I will run the scanner daily once, and until some one is ready and willing to pick it up. I can give them the dump.

Thanks to all of you for the great words and all your support during the hard time. Per my attorney my case did not goto TSC. I have not yet received the approval notice in the mail.

** I will run the scanner DAILY and post the updates on this thread. Please see if any one is interested to run it.

Also, I just updated the master tracker in the first message of this thread.
