Scenario 1: I-140 approved for some one with that labor and I-485 never filed.
(If you use this labor, your PD will be I-140 RD)

Scenario 2: I-140 never filed or never approved based on labor certfication
(If you use this labor, your PD will be labor filing date)

Thanks CAPD02! I think I'm in scenario 2...I think for scenario 1, the original beneficiary would need the actual certified LC, I don't think my company would have given it to him.....
The reason for my question was a bit different...I have seen posts re TSC, where they have incorrectly assigned PD....to be I-140 RD for both the above scenarios...and it's been a week since my 140 was approved...was hoping to see at least a LUD change on my 485...:(

It looks like most of the concurrent filers have got their 140 approvals and still some more waiting.
Ahaly, Can you please add mine to your list also. my wac number starts with WAC06008*****. Can you please check if any of this series started getting approvals?
I wish all of the guys a very happy and smooth immigration process and thanks very much for all the valuable info.

Some pattern

Congratulations Vijay...
I am seeing some pattern for cases moved to TSC. Looks there is LUD before approvals. LUD is saying that the case has been recieved at local office. And next day, they are approving them...
Most of our case's LUDs have been saying that the case has been moved to TSC. So, having the LUD saying that case has been received is a good sign...

I suggest to get EAD just in case....;-).

My cousin who is still on H1b with approved 140 and on adjaustment of status like your case,recently travelled to India on AP.So you still maintain your H1 status when you come back.Only when you start using EAD you loose your H1 status.so dont worry enjoy your trip.Just contact your lawyer regarding the document that you need to carry with you.
