Alvin formula date worked

Hello,
one case from our company got certified on 05/14/2004 according to AVM.

case number:05430350
dot:030.062-010
DOL received date: 12/09/2003.
Certified on : 05/14/2004.

I don't know whose case is this one. Because the same time 2 cases
were sent to DOL from Wisconsin.

It's EB2. And The position requires more than 5 years experience, and I have more than that.

FYI One of my friend's case recieved in chicago dol on 11th dec 2003 got certified. The good news is the december cases are moving fast.

My case went to CHICAGO DOL around 12-May .

How much time do you guys think it will take ???

How do you get case number ? and how to find exact date when DOL received the case ??

My Lawyer says DOL does not send any thing back.

How do I check AVM. What phone number I need to call to check status. Does case number assigned at state level can be used to check status.

The AVM no is 312-353-1059
Press 1 for permanent application and then
Press 1 if you have the case no or
Press 2 to search by employer phone no

It looks like only case with received date of Jan27th have been entered in AVM.
 
REMANDED TO EMPLOYER
I just checked AVM and Unfortunatley it "REMANDED TO EMPLOYER".
So lets see and wait again what they are asking for?

Ray,
I had RFE at SESA Level for Wages and Employer increased Wages as per SESA requirement.
I don't know what DOL is looking for? Any Idea or thought?
I could just think that it could be 1 day retest or something like that.....
 
Okay........am i in the wrong forum......??
We are waiting for our state level RIR, which was received on 12/04/03. The case # is kinda weird....not like the ones you are mentioning. I cant get the AVM to respond the the employers phone # either.

I called the DOL and they said they are processing Nov 1st week on 2003. But this forum seems to mention Dec cases......what am i understanding wrong.....??

RFE from SESA ?

You asked Kalse that whether he/she got a RFE from the State. What is the significance of this ? Does it make difference if case has RFE in state for DOL ?

Twinkle looks like you are in the wrong forum. The labor had 2 parts, 1) state and 2) Federal.
After getting approved from the state it is send for federal processing.
Everyone in this forum has their state part approved and are waiting on for Federal.

Hi folks,

My IL SESA date was 24th Sep 2003 which got forwarded to IL DOL on 23rd March 2004. The case has not showed up in the AVM yet.

Any ideas when approx will it get cleared if everything goes fine.

After the additional advertisement, was a new ETA 750 form filed? Will the additional recruiment efforts be added in the ETA 750 item 21?

Backlog Reduction Plan

I have heard of some process in place to reduce the backlog. Is that going to be true for EB related cases in Chicago?

Can someone share their thoughts?

I think new ETA form will need to sent along with new effort.

Does any body got letter from DOL after "REMADING to EMPLOYER"
alvin or some other else?
Does any one know how long it takes to get RFE letter from DOL?

Hi Ray,

My LC got remanded by MN DEED asking for explanation for last year end Layoffs. My company provided few documents stating that layoff was not for my job category it also states that they are still 3 more opening for same category.
Also employees who got laid off given preference for the same job opening, Currently Company hosted job position on internal and external web sites and working with vendors to get required resource.

After this DEED forwarded my RIR case to Chicago on May 10 .

Do you thing my case will get through Chicago??
Will there be any problem??
