I think your case belong to Sept 2.

Hi Sun_spark/Ashkar,

Don't get confused by some sept cases being cleared while july/Aug cases still pending. It also depends on the code, which cases are certified and when.
 
Guys,
My case is Eb3 RIR - 030.162.014 - DOL July 1 2003.

When my lawyer called 2 weeks ago they said an analyst is assigned, still no change in the AVM case status.

Any suggestions, should we call DOL again?

PS:One of my colleague same company,same code his case went to DOL a day before mine..and it was approved in end of Aug.

I tried yesterday ,seems to be mine is not at approved. My problem is i don't know the exact case number of mine. There are 6 cases from my employer for 2nd Sept. I am sure one is mine. But all 6 cases are still needs to be processed.
How about you??

Thanks for your reply. My case is still pending. When I checked AVM for Sept 2 cases from 05426490 to 05426545 with dot code 030.162-014, I found that 4 cases certified in last week and 6 cases to be certified.

Certified cases: 05426522, 05426533, 05426542 and 05426543
Pending cases: 05426505, 05426517, 05426525, 05426533, 05426540 and 05426541

I couldn't check my case. I work in NY. My lawyer filed in Chicago.
I have NY office phone no. I don't have chicago phone no.
I couldn't get it from my employer... I am trying to get it..

My company filed 2 LCs(RIR-EB3) with the following details(one of them is Mine). Both were filed on the same date with same DOT codes.
One LC was was transfered to DOL chicago(don't know whether this one is mine or not).

Sent to IL SESA 06/26/'03
IL SESA RD (? Attorny didn't give to us)

1) Sent to Chicago DOL (?)
Chicago DOL RD 09/25/03(per AVM)
Case # 05427344
DOT Code : 030.162-014
2) ????

I checked AVM on y'day(10/20/'03) and found one case was moved to DOL and updated the AVM on 09/25/03, but AVM actually updated only on y'day morning(10 AM)

I am following this thread since last couple of weeks and noticed that you are a very active member of this thread with so many postings of DOL updates. I apprecite your help to this thread followers/participants.

Currently it takes around 5–15 days for your cases to be put on Automated Voice message after Local SESA sends it to Chicago DoL.

My case has forwarded to DOL on 08/15/03, DOL received it on 09/02/03 ( I came to know it in Sept. third week only). Some cases are received by DOL from SESA by a week, some cases are not.

By using your empolyer phone # you can find out all of your empolyer cases.

Thanks for the quick & informative response, as you always does.
As you said rightly, I checked my company DOL cases status thru AVM by key in my employer phone # only. So far there is only one case, out of 2 cases filed on same day, was forwarded to DOL from IL SESA.

I too tried on today morning and afternoon also, but the result is same as you(continuous rings..).

Any update on DOL processing date?
Whether August cases completed?
Still there are few cases to be certified for Sept 2.
 
Hi Ashkar

Today i checked AVM. Seems to be 3 cases( from total 6 cases received on 2nd Sept ) from my employer has been certified on 20th Oct.The cases from 2666X to 2667X are certified. But Still the cases starting 2655X are pending. I don't know the reason.
I don't know whether my case is there in those certified or not.

When i called my lawyer they don't have any approved hard copy for any 2nd Sept cases so far.

Still AVM is not working.
Whether we can talk to DOL officers regarding this?
Also E-mail is not working.

Did you check your case status? Whether your labor certified? Did your Lawyer receive the Labor certification? I couldn’t check my case status for the last three days because AVM isn't working. I will come to know If my Lawyer receive the hard copy of LC.
