Sesa to Dol

I have been a silent observer of this forum for a long time. And I owe this to all of you.

my case has been transferred from Sesa to Dol on 25th Dec (I don't how they working on that date !) My priority date was 31st Jan 2002.

This news comes in as New Year Gift to me !!

Mine was filled on feb 1st, but its not been approvd yet. dunno why! She said only employer will get to know the details.

SESA problem

My lawyer received an assesment notice from SESA this week saying Ad and wage is not proper. Can SESA refuse RIR's? Or is it the DOL which does that?

I guess Non RIR would be Apr 24 2001 not 2002, everybody wants that should be 2002, but not. I dont know how many months/years to cross April.

NON RIR : APR 24 2001
RIR : MARCH 07 2002

RIR jumped from 1st march to 7th in two days !!
 
My case has just been transfered to DOL from SWA (SESA).
Case No: 97716
PDate: 1/22/02
DOL date: 1/28/03

Does anybody know how long takes DOL to complete the LC process?

It depends on your DOT code.. Find out your dot code from the Number 415 975 4617 & then enter your case #.. It should give you your DOT CODE.

It looks like some DOT codes are moving very fast & some are waiting since Dec 2001.. So its all on your field of work...

DOL official processing date is DEC 2001, but it has also processed cases up to Nov 02..

The Phone number for CA SESA is 916 464 3400.. call after 6.00 PM so u will reach to the voice mail & that will give you status..

If somebody picks up.. then ask for status, ( You may or may not get answer !!) try to call in evening.
 
My DOT code is 201.362-010. I am in the legal field.
Is DOL a mess or they have any criteria to process the cases?
Does anybody know how DOL approves the cases?
Is it possible find out which analyst has our cases?

looks like DOL is processing all cases other then Software very fast now.. When was your case forwarded to DOL ?
 
Receipt from CA EDD???

Hi all,
Really need help here. My lawyer told me that my LC was sent to CA EDD last July, but he did not get any response from EDD since, no case# or priority date. I called the EDD at 916-464-3400 twice and was told they could not find my case by my last name or the company name. Could you guys tell me how did you know your case number and priority date? :confused: I really appreciate the information. Thanks!

Your attorney must have some sort of receipt of sending out the application ( Fedex / UPS receipt OR Certified Mail Send / delivery Receipt) .. Ask your attorney to approach SESA & confirm they have received your case..
