Boston Regional DOL Tracker

Thanks for the reply.
Hmm not sure.
I think it was done under the supervision of SESA
The lawyer told me the RIR was rejected, which means this must have been done as non-RIR

Thanks in advance for your help..

Hmm not sure.
May be some wage adjustment issue or something else?

I am not sure of the other possibilities.
Also when I checked the status before, it used to say RIR denied for this case.
But now it says NOF is issued.

What does that mean?

Normally Some of my friends got NOF for RIR but this is the first time I am hearing about getting a NOF in non rir because everything will be done under their supervision.
May be the re-recruiting is done as rir. U may check with lawyer. And after answering the NOF it doens't take to too long. And a wage request will be all settled at SESA level not in DOL. Did u used the same case number as before to check the status at the DOL level?

Do you mean to say DOL won't send any wage request NOFs?
Also I used the same case number. I used to get the status as RIR denied before and now it says NOF issued and reply expected in a month.

Yeah as far as I know SESA will review about the Prevailing wages and send a query if the salary is not met.

Whats going on in Boston DOL?

Its been long time since anyone posted anything in this thread. Does the lack of complaining mean that everyone is getting approved quickly from boston dol? :)

I did not post this here earlier so doing it now.

I am in Non-Rir with receipt date 12/10/2001:

I got my labor certified . Good News is that MS SESA and DOL were fast these days. I filed my recuitment results on june 4th 2003 at SESA and I dont know when it was forwarded to DOL but my lawyer called me and told that it is certified on July 24th.

Labor Approved

I do not have all the details since our company lawyers do not provide that to us.

State (CT) Labor post date: 10/23/01
CT Approval date: 06/16/03

I learnt last week (08/07/03) that Fedral Labor also cleared. I do not have the exact dates.

BOSTON DOL...

Congrats guys.. Approx. 45 days for the federal labor certification!! AMAZING. No wonder no one is complaining about Boston DOL.
:)

I am pretty much sure Boston DOL is not any faster then before. It is just about state where this case is coming from. CT is state with low number of cases and that's why it is so fast. There is separate row(clerk) for every state, even it is on federal level.

NH SESA

Does NH SESA send out any notifications when it forwads an LC application to Boston DOL?

thanks

NH SESA

I think NH SESA will not send any notification. BOSTON might send one when they receive the application.

boston us dept labor

i received a letter from commonwealth of ma saying they were sending my applicaiton as of aug 13, 2003 for labor cert to us dept of labor. do you have a guess as to how long this may take? also, does this mean that they recommend the us dept of labor approve me. are they easier or tougher than the comm of ma?
