This is my understanding of DOL processing. If its a computer profession, they see the job title, occupation code and the recruitment effort.
They try to deny RIR almost within few days of receiving the application (First level of screening)
If it goes thru, then they might look for wage, experience and try to create an RFE.
Even if its not possible and the application looks solid, they will put it in the queue based on the received date and or priority date for further processing.
If yours is in this last stage you have good chances of getting approved.
