I thought that you were maintaining a table of number of cases moving into and from SESA as well as received and cleared at DOL, month by month.

Cases from SESA to DOL

Folks:
I would like to find out if my case has entered into DOL from SESA. Can anyone post the and to check for cases at DOL?

Region 1-Overview

Folks:
This is a very rudimentary overview...I\'ll let the experts handle the detailed analysis.
It seems to me from looking at various posts on this website, that
1. MA SESA is taking about 1 year to move the cases to DOL
2. Boston DOL has picked up pace and is adjudicating cases in 1-2
   months!
3. I-140 cases at Vermont Service center are taking about 5-6 months

MA SESA to Boston DOL: how long does it ususally take?

My case was forwarded from MA SESA to DOL in late April, but has still not reached Boston DOL yet. Is it normal? Any inputs will be appreciated. thanks.

experts shed some light on it? Any RIRs get approval?

the same case from the same company and receive date is the same, one got approval may 31 and the other RIR denied in the same day,

quite strange? is that all the RIR will be denied now?

Parameters for approval

There are many parameters for approving/denying an application. So, I think (lets hope) it\'s a sporadic incident. We should not be concerned about it.
 
any idea how long an NOF takes?

My company filed reply for my NOF. Any idea how long it takes. ALready it passed 1 month after they received NOF.
 
RIR Question? Please help!!!!!

My case is in MA SESA now, going to be transfered to Boston DOL. My lawyer told me that my RIR will very likely (99%) be denied because of current climate in Boston (RIR cannot get through at all)... However I do find lots of IT related LC are cleared everyday. Is what the lawyer told me true? Or do I need change lawyer soon? FYI, I got a NOF on prevailing wage issue in March but our rebuttal was accepted on 5/9/02. I was so anxious now. My lawyer started my LC since 8/2000, submitted the application in 6/01 and now they told me I might need to re-submit a new application due to the definite fate of my current RIR application(according to my lawyer). Anyone in Boston knows sth. about this, please help!!!! Thank you very much in advance ......

My company\'s attorney has also posted a note that all Region I apps
may need to be converted to non-RIR. IMHO Boston region is neither worse nor better then any other. This is just the way they\'ve interpeted the clarified instructions for LC approval issued in late April. They are probably focusing on section 2 : layoffs in industry. Under this section anyone can be rejected as layoffs do take place in the industry.
I\'ve contacted few guys who work for my company in Boston. They all have received NOFs but nobody has been rejected or converted to non-RIR so far.
