SESA approval date if known.
DOL RD(received date)
DOL AD(approved date)
and finally if you will is your company a top gun or not

I heard from my lawyer that RIR denifitely will be denied now.. Is that right or I have to change a lawyer soon....

another big day for software engineer , some RD april 15.

please update sunRay, my case is on the edge of certified, but not on May 30, hope it will get through today.

Great idea. Here are a few comments:

1. It would be a great idea to sort it according to the RD at SESA, since it is the first column.

2. Here is my information:
RD @ MA SESA : Oct 2001
Not sure if it has headed to DOL.

Medium Size company (Approx. 3.5K people)
Lots of layoffs.

hi, all , there are some certify with case #13195XX, please check the update

seems you guys miss some case , the RD with April 15 have already been touched.
 
Cases with 6 years nearing can be expedited

I spoke to my attorney, he was telling that cases with H-1B nearing 6 years can request Boston DOL for expedited processing. Did you guys have any more info. on this. I believe some of these approved cases that have a RD in March 2002 might be expedited one\'s. He advised me not to call Boston DOL.. as they are getting serious about receiving so many calls..
