Boston Regional DOL Tracker

The lady did not look into the particulars of my case. Based on the SESA's sent-out date, she said it might take another week for it to show up in their system.
When enquired about the approx. processing time she said it is currently between 6 - 9 months...

Lets see..
 
I dont know what to believe. I think they just dont like too many inquires via telephone and hence give longer processing times.

This is the recent case approved from DOL in January in just 4 days:

Received Regional Office: 01/17/2003
Current Status : Certified -- FINAL ACTION On 01/21/2003.

Yeah so lets see..........

the status u posted is for teaching position which is considered as 'special handling' and is to be processed with priority, hence the early approval.

just my opinion...
 
Just wondering if the case status check through an email is working. I send an email on Friday, so far I have not received any reply from their side.

I just dont what to keep sending emails if it is not working.

Are others getting any reply??? Please post........
 
Both Email and DOL AVM is not working. Even when I punch correct # of my employer telephone number the AVM system says "no such telephone # by that employer is found" or something in that line.

Guys our cases should be in the system by now.Did anyone called

NON-RIR certification success rate

Hi,
Does anybody have any idea on how Boston DOL is treating computer related non-RIR applications. I know it is rejecting a lot of computer RIR applications, but does anybody have any data on what is the chance of certification of a non-RIR labor app ?

My attorney just called me to give this good news. I hope others will certified soon as well.

Haven't you heard anything from DoL yet ? I see that yours is also a computer related RIR case..

Yes we both are similar. But the last thing I heard was, I got a query for my case from SESA in Jan and has been responded in Feb, but dont know what the query is and dont know what they responded and is not been forwarded to regional DOL yet.

But some unofficial source from my company told it was a wage related query and they have addressed it satisfactorily

I am really worried too!!!

Congratulations!!!. Are you able to find ur case in DOL AVM system. I think they sometimes certify it even before they enter it in their system.

No I dont know what my DOL case ID is. I cant go through the AVM.

Yes i think i may gets certified even before entering into their system.

newbie..help pls

My application has been forwarded to federal as of march26 2003 and I dont know whats the status...software engg...kindly help...how do i access email or AVM? any inputs are welcome. thanks,
