DOL UPDATE

HI JALMA,

DID U HAVE CHANCE TO SEE THE NEW DOL WEB POSTING TODAY

The DOL processing dates for Jan 2003 has been updated. The MA SESA dates for RIR is July 2002 and regular is September 2001.

LIKEWISE BOSTON DOL :- Regular:- March 2002 & RIR July 2002
 
Hi Jalma,

I got a letter from CT SESA and said CT SESA had forwarded my case to Boston DOL on Jan.7th, 2003. I have not heard anything back from Boston DOL yet. My PD is May 16th, 2001, but my RD is Jan. 7th, 2003 according the letter from CT SESA. Now, Boston DOL is processing July, 2002, I don't know when my case can be processed, even though my PD is May 16th, 2001. Isn't Boston DOL processing the case according the RD? Why some people have RDs in Nov. Dec. get certified? Thanks in advance for your response.

I know it is very frustrating if you won't find the case status. Did you try calling MA SESA, there is an option of leaving Name and telephone number with your question so that specialist can give an answer to your question.

If not, just try doing it and see if you know something from them.

What is happening to the cases of labor_pains, LCVPain and apv2002, they should be certified by now since their PD is before you. Hey guys... any comments...

Hi Jalma,

I left 2 messages at MA SESA .They never called me back.The system is so messed up.

Their AVM and web posting for processing dates don't match with each other.Now I realise that their actual dates of processing are 1 and half month to two months behind.Though they say they are processing July cases.Actually no body beyond April/march has been forwarded to DOL. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Nash,

Congratulations!!! It only took one day to get approval from Boston DOL. Are you in IT field? Did you receive the approval notice from Boston DOL or your lawyer?

CT SESA forwarded my case to Boston DOL on 01/07/2003. I have tried to call the auto phone of Boston DOL, but I could not find anything yet.

Hi LCV,

Thank you. I usually track my case with the e-mail and employer phone number.I saw couple of cases from company got approved on the same day(actually the following monday) through e-mail.
My attorney confirmed 5 days later that is was my case.

I am in IT field.

I had a query before in state SESA..if that matters.

Good luck to you. You should be hearing soon...

How often does DOL update their LC certification list by email.Is it a weekly routine?

I guess its real-time...meaning I send e-mail at 7.00AM saw old cases, same day I sent another e-mail at 9.30AM ...I see my case with "received" status....next working day...(after saturday/sunday..holiday monday)....I see the status as certified...

lcstatus01@doleta.gov in combination with AVM....you are sure when your case is ON....

PS:....you should be knowing how many cases are filed etc ..in ur company...

I lucked out as mine's a small company and I know whose cases r filed.

Tracking LC application thru email

Out of ignorance, how do I track my application status thru email?

May ask what is the query? How does it matter? Is your RD 01/09/2003 the date that your case had entered in Boston DOL system or the date when MA SESA had forwarded your case to Boston DOL?

INCORRECT PROCESSING DATES

I think our case won't be touched by MA SESA until April-May because folks who have priority date of 05/02 haven't heard yet let alone us who have 07/02 & 08/02 priority dates.

However,MA SESA/ DOL's misleading AVM and web posting suggests otherwise.I don't know why they give misleading information regarding LABOR PROCESSING dates by fast forwarding the dates to 1 and half months ahead than the actual date.Is it just MA SESA or this rouge is nation wide? I have unapproachable attorney who cares less to answer me because their firm is hired by our corporate office.If you/your company have attorney who could answer regarding mA SESA /DOL processing dates ,it would be great.Please let me know at your convenience.
