So far I have not inquired anything about my case, as i thought people sitting before me are still waiting. I think you are right about the processing dates.

I am guessing our cases will be approved by DOL in March. They covered 4-5 months cases in Dec/ January. I assume now they have less cases to go through than before. If you look at the case number of apv2002, yours and mine, they are very close. So be patient .. its coming....

My case (PD 11/30/2001, EB2 RIR) was forwarded DOL from MESA on 10/18 and till now I have no clue when I can see the approval. I too have a hirrible attorney who just does not care about anything.

My colleague's (who sits in next office) LC that was filed on the same date as mine got approved last month. And the attorney just refers me to the processing dates on DOL website and thinks it will take another 5 months for my case to be approved.

I still have no clue why 2 EB2 RIR cases filed from same company/division on same date take different amount of time

I don't know whom to be mad at ??

MA SESA is weird in that sense.There are others in your situation.In my company ,two person with same qualification and same priority dates have different results.One is certified in November/02 and other is still waiting till todate(01/03).

"It is possible that the documents get misplaced at SESA or lost during mailing process. " This was a suggestion by a senior member of this forum and an attorney .

I would certainly call MA SESA or my attorney and ask for explanation .

Change Request from Boston DOL

Boston DOL has asked my lawyer to change the posting done regarding the job for my RIR Labor Certification filed at the end of June '02. DOL is requesting to reduce the no. of years experience required for the job in the posting as it was posted originally.

Is this some kind of query or something? Will it effect my process time for Labor Certification? Has someone heard about it?

currently MA SESA is processing September 9th-October 4th 2002 RIR cases. My priority date is 28days ahead of you and I have heard nothing yet.

The latest approval is this forum is of priority date having may 16th, 2002.SO we still have 2 more months if and when we get certified.Hang in there.
