Yes, the EIN is the employer tax id that you can use in the e-mail to track all your employer cases.

Be patient, sometimes it's slow to respond!

Can you please let me know how to find my case status in MA-SESA, and when my case will be moving to DOL, how to find DOL RD number etc.

Though you gave the number of MA-SESA, Do I need to speak with somone to find out my case status...or they repond via email as well.

Apart from the the processing dates on the phone line listed (which seem to be a good indication), I don't know any way you can check on individual cases at MA SESA. I don't think they do individual checks over the phone.

They should inform your attorney when they forward your case to the DOL, but it can still take months to appear in the DOL system. Mine was forwarded on 10/28/02 and still does not show in their database.

I am really surprised to know that it is taking so long for your approval at DOL, wheras the cases after you are getting approved. Is there a valid reason for that, any NOF etc...

I hope things will get better for you...
 
NON-RIR

Are there any NON-RIIR approvals, recently?

My case is forwarded to DOL on 11/20/2002 but it still doesn't showup in their database.

I have emailed BOSTON DOL yesterday using my employer tel # but I have not received any response from them yet.How long does it usually take them to respond your email.

I am really confused>when I checked MA SESA AVM it says currently processing 31July-15august 2002 RIR cases .My priority date is 1st july 2002. Again when I check DOL AVM using my employer tel # there are 2 certified cases recently among which in all likelyhood one of them should be mine.cosidering that they arrived at BOSTON DOL in December 2002.

BOSTON DOL AVM says you can ask to fax back these approved cases.I am scared to do that either if one of those approved cases are not mine and some body else from my company than I would be violating confidentiality rule of my company.
However, when I call my lawyer he says he has not heard anything from MA SESA .If MA SESA is processing end of July RIR case ,where could be my case........ My lawyer says he has not received any RFE's too.I hope this cloud is cleared soon.Please advise me if you have any better solution or ideas to track my case.thanks

Is the RD the date when the case is forwarded to the Regional office? I got a letter from SESA which told me that my case was forwarded to Regional office on Jan. 7th, 2003. Is the Jan. 7th can be considered my case RD? Thanks a lot for your response in advance.

The RD can be later than that, I think it's when the DOL actually enter it into their system, which should be soon thereafter, but it can take months for that to happen.....!
 
Is there any way we can find if our case is forwarded to DOL from SESA other than the AVM updates of SESA.

Have you heard anything regarding your case as your priority date is 6/28/02 and MA SESA is processing 7-31-02 through 8-15-02 cases
 
Hi Pipladi,

I know it is very frustrating if you won't find the case status. Did you try calling MA SESA, there is an option of leaving Name and telephone number with your question so that specialist can give an answer to your question.

If not, just try doing it and see if you know something from them.

What is happening to the cases of labor_pains, LCVPain and apv2002, they should be certified by now since their PD is before you. Hey guys... any comments...
