Looks like Boston DOL has gone back to Feb 1st week.
I had called 3 weeks back and she had told me that they are processing mid Feb 2005. Today she told me they are finishing up Jan 2005 and heading to first week on Feb . This is totally wierd !! Can one of you call again and plz confirm ??

My company got a mail.

The Department of Labor has made a determination on your Application for
Employment Certification pursuant to Title 20, Code of Federal Regulations,
Part 656 and as required by the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended.

Form ETA 750 has been certified and is enclosed. This certification must be
attached to the I-140 petition and filed with the Immigration and
Naturalization Service, U.S. Department of Justice, Eastern Service Center, 75
Lower Welden Street, St. Albans, Vermont 05479-0001.

Does it mean we get LC and could file I-140/I-485?
Can't beleive it

when was it entered into Boston DOL ?
 
No Idea

I really have no idea when it went to DOL. What I knew is that we submited our case in Sep, 2003 and never heard of it until today.
I can't believe I could get it while I am still alive.

Yes. You can, If your case applied under EB2 category. EB3 PD is:June'2002.
 
Labor from Boston

Entered into Boston system Feb 18, 2005
Approved: May 3rd week, 2005

case: EB2/RIR

Hope all the pending cases at Boston will be approved soon.

Boston DOL processing

Looks like the processing has become really slow. These guys are moving 5-10 days in a month. At this rate, it will take forever to get our labor cleared :(
 
My labor petetion got certified by Boston DOL. This forum helped me a lot, thanks for each and everyone.

State :NH (EB3/RIR)
PD :11/06/04
Moved to Boston :2nd week of Dec
Entered in system :02/28/05
Certified :Third week of May (Not sure about the dates).
