Hi Rahul,
Thank u very much for posting daily updates for Boston DOL. You don\'t know how much it helps and eases anxiety for people who are waiting.
Bhai, i have a request for u.
I work for sycamore networks and my labor was applied in May 17th 2001. My lawyer says that my case is transferrd to DOL and should be assesed within next two months. Could u find out.
My title is software engineer.

I don\'t have SESA# or DOL# and the lawyer does not give me that.
Actaully i am thinking of taking another job if the wait is too long.

do u think my case would have got transferred to DOL. If yes, what timeframe.

i just spoke to my lawyer, the only thing they said they get is receipt no. My receipt no is 200113101.

I think your case is still in MA SESA

from the receipt no and the date you apply, it is very likely that your case still in MA SESA with the priority date around may something. It may still takes 1-2 month to get through SESA and probably another 1 or 2 month getting into the DOL boston database.

I am in the same boat, that\'s too bad
