Finally I am an USC now. Thanks to everyone who provided very helpful information here.

I still have all those H1, H4, EAD, etc etc etc. Any idea, if we still need to keep those documents or can we get rid of them?

You don't have to keep them. You might at least want to scan them and tuck them away for insurance. (One DVD or flash drive won't take up much space). Some folks keep that stuff for posterity or hand it over to the "family historian".

Just be sure not to let it be misused, if discarding, shred it.

Congrats

Welcome to the US citizens club!! You can keep those documents for some time, if you want to. Or you can do as suggested by the previous reply. Just make sure that you destroy them completely if you are throwing them away.

I've kept all my immigration-related documents. It's fun to go through that stuff once in a while, and they represent a journey. When you put them in order, the pictures also tell a fun story.

That's what I do. To me they are more than just papers, they portrait part of the story of my life, memories, some happy, some sad....where I come from and what I am today.

Technically you were supposed to hand them in during naturalization ceremony, but since you didn't, either shred them or keep them as souvenirs.
