BEC Priority Date Tracker

Labor approved!

Folks,
My case has been approved. Got email from my attorney. Three more cases with Aug 2002 PD in my company are also approved. My strong feeling is PBEC is going FIFO with 45-day letter response date, of course with some exceptions.
Please update the tracker - and thanks for your excellent work!

Hi Folks,

I have some good news for guys like me who originally file in RIR and later Remanded to state by company request to Traditional (Non-RIR) category. My attorney received the 45 day letter on May16th, 2006 and replied on May18th, 2006. Today I received the call from my attornet stating that they received the approval of my case yesterday. So the good news is no recruitment is going on. Looks like they are approving based on the original RIR recruitment. I am happy to share this as some of you may see some light on this long dark tunnel....as I saw today...Good Luck all..

PD July 2001
Remanded to state as Non-RIR-Company request (Not Automatic)
May 16 2006 - 45 day letter received
May 18 2006 - 45 day letter replied
June 20 2006 - LC Approval received

how to correct a mistake with a submitted ETA750a form?

My Lawyer has submitted amendment on my ETA 750 form for adding box # 15 - "Education equivalency" requesting BEC to return the ETA 750 to make necessary changes and sending it back for processing.

- Do I loose my PD?
- Has any one been in similar situation like mine.
- Its been more than 2 plus months my lawyer is yet to hear anything from BEC

I asked BEC to provide me document for 7th year extension of my application. They did send me snapshot, but it does not conatin any status column. does anyone have any idea how to get status of application. I also read in other forum that by the end of next month they will create a website to show the status of application. lets hope for the best...
