how do i find out about the case status?

I requested a screen shot and finally was able to find out about the ETA case number. In my case information page, it has everything but Occupation Title/Code and Prevailing Wage. I understand that means no analyst has picked up my case. But how do I find out whether my case status is 'Letter Received' or not? Does 'Letter Received' mean the reply to 45DL is received by PBEC, or the 45DL is received by applicant?

Labor Approved!!

Finally I got my Approval. My signature has all the details. Thanks a lot to all the guys who contributed to this forum. It kept me going. Please update the tracker.

Hi,

Just wanted to inform that today my employer received 45 day letter dated June 03, 2006. I have not heard anything fro my lawyer yet. Employer will be responding soon. My case details are as follows for the tracker:

NEVER MADE TO REGIONAL

Isnt it unfair to everybody who answered 45 day letter last year .The PDs who got approvals this year is later than whoever answered 45 day letter last year.What happened to FIFO ?Its no better than the labor process before.I guess wherever you are luck plays important role. you shud be lucky to get approved in shorter time frame. :( :mad: :confused: :eek:

"Case Closure" letter received on 6/12/06. the lawyer has already contacted for re-opening of the case - will let everyone know what happens as it happens. Sorry part is some moron looked at it and instead of just fucking approving it - put it in a trash-bin. Why, because the son/daughter of the bitch did not get a fart in the morning... @!#$@#!$#

Find the tracker file

Is there is an easy way to find the tracker file. I have to start from the last page and keeping scanning backwards.

I am sure there can be an easy way. Like always attaching it to the first post of the thread.
