BEC Priority Date Tracker

Please correct info on the datasheet

My priority date is June-3-2004 under EB3
Please correct them.

nothing change
found out PD was wrong one whole year.
took 7 months to get it change to correct PD.
now everything is up to God.
It is going to be 4 full years for a long wait now.

Good for your friend. I am in March 2004 but I haven't got any response yet. :(
 
One more 45-days letter

My other co-worker has received 45-days letter.
Details:
RIR/EB3
Connecticut (never made it to regional)
Priority date - Nov 3, 2004
45-days letter date - Jun 16, 2006
Case # - P-05227-xxxxx
Got his 7th-year extension in Dec 2005.

You can add it to the tracker using id "v_k_SN" - he is not registered on this forum. Please do not wipe out my record "v_k" - it is still valid :)

Three of my colleagues had filed for their labor in March'2005 (somewhere between 20th and 25th March'2005 ). Two of them got their 45 day letter. The letters were dated 10 days back. The third one is still waiting.
Dont know the #s or anything more about these cases. The cases are EB3 - obviously never reached Regional and are from CA.

I don't know which BEC my case is pending in, lawyer or employer is not telling me that.

In the tracker there are a couple cases like yours. They were approved in november of last year. If I were you I would send an email to request a screen shot ..... you might find out your case has been approved a long time ago ????

I have not gone through the DBEC threads to scan for update/approvals. I have relied on the BEC Priotity Date Tracker and the PBEC Approval Thread, and PBEC thread.
