My EB3 labor got approved! I don't know the exact approval date. I am already in the tracker.

Its my turn

After 3 years of waiting my attorney informed that my labor got approved this week ( ~June 5 2006). I am not sure of the exact date, yet to see the approval notice.
Happy to have approval, disappointed to learn that it is EB3 not EB2 as I believed all these days. Hope the CIR will help us. Next long journey starts.

Since mine is one of the last old labor cases in the forum, I guess they are making an effort to send out all 45 day letters by end June/06. Hopefully everyone here will get their cases approved soon.

Also, I have a question: the letter itself does not state any other details like EB2/3 or RIR/TR etc. Anyone know how to find that out? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The labor approval does not concern itself with EB2 / EB3..

The differentiation happens when you apply for your I-140 / 485..

The labor is approved for that Job and whether you meet / exceed the minimum qualifications and whether the due process was followed
