BEC Priority Date Tracker

Iowa PD till arround 10/11th of April, 04 went to Chicago and hence 45 day letter was issued for those LCs. Mine is 4/7/04 went to chicago and got 45DL too.

Hi S_Chicago,
Yes - I am aware of that. My PD is 29th APR 2004 from Iowa - didn't go to regional. I saw Aug 2004 and Sep 2004 cases from iowa swa got 45-day letters. :confused:

Hi All,
We are in the process of adding a "Last Updated" feild in the tracker which JW maintains. Adding this feild will add value to the information in the tracker.

For us to add this feild, ALL USERS WHO HAVE THEIR INFORMATION IN THE TRACKER should simply reply to this post. The date you reply will be used as the "Last Updated" date in the tracker for your record. If you have friends for whom you have provided information, please reply on their behalf.

I will be checking for replies daily for the next 45 days (starting Dec 15th 2005). I will post this same message again in regular intervals, so that it does not get buried in the thread.

NO change on my status either. My lawyer said yesterday they are reviewing cases for 2003 now. My PD is January 27 2004 :(

PD = March 18th, 2005
RIR
SWA = Boston
EB3 Rest of the World (BS + 3 Years of experience requirement)
45DL = Not recevied
ETA No = Dont have any
Post for Labor = Consulting Manager

The last info i got from my lawyer is

"Unfortunately labor is unknown. No cases in any state have been processed at this time with the 2 backlog reduction centers. If I had any idea, I would be in a better position to advise as to whether to simply withdraw and re-file under the new PERM process, but you would then lose the all important priority date/date of filing (which is essential for the green card line)"

Thats the all info i have right now. I am planning to go on long vacation (ofcourse after a long time) will be back on April 2006. So no worries about it till April. Lets see what will be the situation in April. Wish all of you Best of Luck.

BTW my lawyer and company both are very cooperative.

PS. I am on 5th year of my H1B.

What cause these delays?

In the tracker I noticed that few cases with older PD which are regional they also already replied to the 45- Day Letter but still waiting for the approval.
1. What cause these delays? NOF? RFE?
2. What kind of NOFs? Is it regarding Wage, Job Description?
3. Some thing to do with company's status, layoffs?

If regional cases with the 45- Day Letter reply took so long , how much time DBEC will take for SWA Cases?
