Hi I just updated my details. Please update them in tracker

According to the tracker, all latest approvals are RIR cases...the last Non-RIR case approved was Nov-4...wondering if all the officers there are working on RIR Cases. :(

We are in the process of adding a "Last Updated" feild in the tracker which JW maintains. Adding this feild will add value to the information in the tracker.

For us to add this feild, ALL USERS WHO HAVE THEIR INFORMATION IN THE TRACKER should simply reply to this post. The date you reply will be used as the "Last Updated" date in the tracker for your record. If you have friends for whom you have provided information, please reply on their behalf.

I will be checking for replies daily for the next 45 days (starting Dec 15th 2005). I will post this same message again in regular intervals, so that it does not get buried in the thread.

I would appreciate any information. Wondering whether I need to contact my attorney/employer and request them to verify why my ETA # is having a prefix of "I-xxx" instead of "P-xxx" (since my case is in PBEC).

There are only 3 options D,P and T. I dont know any thing like I. when you said "documentation submitted" for 7th yr ext what do you mean ?
Screen shot from PBEC ? or ???

Have not been send to Regional yet. Was send to Dallas backlog...Still have not received 45 days letter...Lawyer is not helpful....Someone pls help.

my PD is Nov. 04. i know it will be a while, therefore, no update.

plus, i see no sign of my state (kansas) being approve yet.
 
EB3, IOWA SWA, PD APR 2004, No 45 day letter yet :mad:

Saw another 45-day letter for PD: SEP 2004 from IOWA SWA on Murthy website. How is this possible?.
