I am still waiting....No 45 day letter.....no nothing!!
Please note that mine was a remanded case.
My ETA# is not shown in the tracker.

hope next year DBEC will get some basic common sense, they have to approve 2001 cases before approving cases from 2004. They are insane

Update

I was told yesterday that my priority date should be Aug 27, 2003 instead of Jan 27, 2003. Also, my friend has quitted the job and gone back to China. Please remove him from the tracker.

No change

Never got a reply for the status email from DBEC. Not sure of the status!
All i know, INDIANA cases where never made to regional and none of those cases where processed(except one with PD aug 2001).No improvement the application is still in dark!

All,

Above this message you will find the last updated tracker of 2005. I will be on vacation for the rest of the year. I intend to not think about work or immigration (well, I may take a quick look at the forums :) ) during that time.

I hope most of you do the same and just go and enjoy your time off with family and friends. I guarantee the BPCs, this tracker and our pending labor certifications will still be here when we return next year.

This tracker has been maintained for 11 months now. Thank you everyone for participating. Special thanks to mvynais, MDWatch and others for reposting updates in this forum, it sure was helpful. Thanks rp1975 for this latest effort to maintain the tracker updated and relevant.

I dont think I will hear anything in next 1-2 months as the last approval I saw was 01/2004.

JW, I have been trying to update the tracker (I found some approved cases not recorded) but the summary page does not seem to update ... So when you come back I will post my spreadsheet for you to work with.
