I am anticipating to get my approval soon...since one of the NJ RIR applications has been approved. :) About time....NJ applications are being processed.

Congrats gcislife! Can you please tell us how you came to know about the approval? Did you receive the hard copy? What date was it approved?

45 Day letter received December 5, 2005

Actually my PD is July'2003 for RIR case from CT. I'm still waiting for 45 day letter.
My temp case num is T-05153-*****

I guess, some of us are getting confused with approvals for case source=STATE. These are not state cases. If you read them, they were already made to Federal and the case source was shown as STATE in screenshot. It doesn't mean that they are state cases.

I don't think STATE cases are processed yet in DBEC..They are all Federal cases only..

It means your case was entered in to the system on 2005-05-23

05143(year 2005 and 143rd day)
