BEC Priority Date Tracker

Hi lc watcher:
You got screen shot from your lawyer. What is your priority date? RIR/TR?
I contact Dallas several times. No response. My lawyer only listen to my company.
My company is too big to care about small potato like me.

It is Oct 2003.

My case number starts with T. I am afraid it is "Traditional". However, on the same report, it shows RIR and MI.

What's going on?
 
You better to find out from your lawyer. Is your case RIR or TR.

This tracker is outdated and has lots of bad data. Also, it has no provision for tracking 45-day letters and cases rotting at Philly/Dallas BECs. It was designed for the old system. In the new system, all LC processing has been centralized at Dallas and Philly BPCs and the design of the tracker does not reflect this change.

I just got a screenshot and foundout that PBEC mess my PD date.
Suppose to be 7/29/2002 but the case information from PBEC showed 7/29/2003. :mad: :mad: I am in big trouble. :eek: Contacting lawyer to make sure it changed to a correct PD. Will update if I heard from the laywer for "turtle PBEC". I think we all show double check our case status otherwise it might be screw up like my case. :mad: :mad: :mad:

Eaky, I had the same problem, it was a typo during data entry. They fixed it after my lawyer sent them an email requesting a fix. Took them a week or 2.

Did any one with T-05131-07xxx or similar case number from NJ (Priority Date - 06/10/02) received their 45d letter? I received this number from PBEC 4 months back and waiting since...my colleagues with a much later priority date have already received their 45d letter and I wonder if PBEC doesn't generate letters intentionally if some one submits multiple requests for 7th year extension.

I do not think 45 days letter matters. Labor approval from PBEC is the key point. Mine is a RIR/EB2 from NJ. I got my 45 days letter in June and my PD was Oct/2002. If my case was in DBEC, it should have had been approved; unfortunatelly, it stucks in PBEC. See what's going to happen? By the time we shall finally get our approvals, the VISA number for EB2 will be in retrogression. Have anyone seen any approvals from NJ SWA who's PD was in between early 2002 to early 2005? None! Yet Jersey is the state where a lot of H-1B people reside in!! Yes, we do see a lot of approvals from NJ in betweeb March 2005 and November 2005, they were via PERM.

By the way, I started my Canadian Immigration application just 11 months ago. And, I have got my approval for the Canada greet card just a couple days ago!! I did it all by myself without any attorney, it was simple and straight forward.
