in the tracker under 45-day Letter Trends
you show four 45 day-letters received for the cases transferred from California SWA
One in August, 05
One in September, 05 droopycom PD July, 1st, 2004
One in October, 05
One in December, 05 renec PD Nov. 3rd, 2004

Will you please let me know who the other two are?

You can go to the Dallas BPC tab, filter by "California SWA" in the "Transferred From" column and "Letter Received" in the "Case Status" column.

Please donot get worked up because somebody took the data.

Justwatching,

Some body taking this data is a compliment to your efforts and if that helps our cause in some way that is OK...So please donot feel discouraged because of this . We want to make the data public and we want more people to know about the slowness and unresponsiveness of PBEC.

We should demand that they post proper credit to this forum when they post the data.

Hope that you guys take my comments positively.

Hi msp1976,

Not really discouraged. Not looking for credit either. I am just trying to help out. However I am only the keeper of this data, not the owner so it is not up to me or some other website to use the detailed information other than in this forum. Since I can't go ask all 1200+ people whose information is in the tracker if we can post their information elsewhere, I would rather people not do it.

In any case, the website has already removed all the entries so the issue is dead. Let's move on!
