BEC Priority Date Tracker

45-D Letter received

Please update the tracker!
Got my 45-d letter on 10/05/05. I suppose my attorney replied asap.
Case number change T for P, I think. PD 01/29/02, sent to Atlanta Regional 12/20/04 or close.

Do you know if they may have started looking at NON-RIR cases that came from state level? Because they do need to have recruitment and other stages in place at BEC before that can happen. What are your thoughts on when they may have these stages in place? Have we seen any approvals like that, if you know?

I know of at least one case that was at State level receiving 45-day letter iniquiring for additional information.

I do think they are working on them, they are just so old and there are very few people with Regular cases on the forum. I think when they get passed the April 2001 cases we will start seeing more approvals on a more regular basis.

JustWatching: Please update my information
My T# has changed to P#. Just came to know that the lawyer had received the CRNL 45 day letter in Mid Aug 2005 and replied on 9/16/2005. See detailed info below.

Here is the Info that I know. PD 9/20/04. No idea which BEC case went to. No word on 45 day letter. No word of any kind. California RIR. EB-3. Lawyer knows nothing as of yesterday and says to wait. How helpful.
