What do you mean ratio approvals of Dallas BPC to PHilly BPC has fallen below 4 to 1? 4 Approvals in Dallas 1 in Philly??

Approvals in Philly for what PD? what State from? RIR?

Philly BPC participants – If you want to be positive, here are two things to “cheer” about.

First, more SWA cases have received 45-day letters than Dallas BPC.
Second, (I know I’m stretching it here), Philly is slowly but surely making up some ground on approvals. For the first time, this week, the ratio of approvals of Dallas BPC to Philly BPC has fallen below 4 to 1.

approvals, we have received approvals for cases with priority dates up

Krunzmai,

Does it mean that your lawyer got 45 day letters for each case he/she has with PD up to 2003 ? Or it means that he/she in process of getting 45 day letters with PD up to the end of 2003 ?

My PD 11/2003 and I do not have 45 day letter.

I did attemped to update the tracker file but was not able to please update it accordingly got an approval on Sep 29th 2005.
