Mostly important, the bill suggests to increse the EB-based annual quota from current 140,000 to some bigger number such as 190,000. All of us will benefit if it passes. Shouldn't we help ourselves?

Udates on Murthy.com, immigration.com and immigrtion-law.com do confirm that BECs will cotinue to issue 45 day letters as and when data entry for a case is complete. That would mean when BEC case number prefix T changes to P or D.

Anyway it looks like that Dallas only stopped producing (generate) them.
Only quite a few of 45 day letters were sent since June (may be they had printed them long time before) and some people got certifications without letters . Some attorneys said that DBEC quit sending them because of lack of resources. Philly continues to send letters on the regular basis.
But personally I do not believe that DBEC quit 45 day letters and I think that SWA people will start to receive them sometime at the beginning of 2006.
