Thanks for your wondefull work, JustWatching!

We have almost all the desirable info in the excel sheet, however one thing would be very helpful to make plans - pace of the approval. By the pace I mean - how many days/months analysts gone through during a month.
We can get current "approval queue date" by getiing the mean from 10 most recent approvals. If we measure it every month or every two weeks we will have the trend.

question...

My PD is May 2004.. I am EB3
Suppose that in 2007 the visa bulletin says July 2004 for me... can I fill then my i-485 or I need to wait until it says "C"
I know it's a simple question but I do not want to be confused in this...
If someone knows how is this working please let me know.

my lawyer received the 45 day letter from PBEC on sept 13th and was replied on sept 19th.
