Can we safely assume that all cases that were forwarded to DOL will be certified and that cases that never made it will have the privilege of being denied? My EB3 PD is 08/01/04 and I fall under “other countries”. I’m debating if it’s worth fishing for a new EB2 sponsor or wait it out. Last year I changed jobs for a quicker SWA/DOL, now with all the cases at BEC it didn’t buy me anything. Last spring my lawyer wanted $4k more to redo under PERM. With EB3 visas unavailable in July and now backlogged for yeas I’m glad I chose to keep my money. How easy is it to find a good sponsor for future job?
