Got a mail from My Autorney

I have been a silent observer of this thread from past 2 months ..
Like many I have also received immense mental relief by relating to you all...

I just received the mail from my husband's office stating that our labor has been approved but they have not received the papers yet from their lawyer..

Only cases that were sent to regional are being certified. Cases stuck at SWA receive, at best, the 45 day letter. Also I haven’t seen any “denied” cases. Can we safely assume that all cases that were forwarded to DOL will be certified and that cases that never made it will have the privilege of being denied? My EB3 PD is 08/01/04 and I fall under “other countries”. I’m debating if it’s worth fishing for a new EB2 sponsor or wait it out. Last year I changed jobs for a quicker SWA/DOL, now with all the cases at BEC it didn’t buy me anything. Last spring my lawyer wanted $4k more to redo under PERM. With EB3 visas unavailable in July and now backlogged for yeas I’m glad I chose to keep my money. How easy is it to find a good sponsor for future job? :confused:

The majority of denials happened on SWA state level. On the regional DOL step they only remanded cases back to the state, they could deny but they did not do it. It could be the reason why some regional cases in DBEC from 2002 are not certified yet (they may think that those cases should be remanded). Since DBEC works only with regional cases we do not see denials.
