BEC Priority Date Tracker

Talked to my attorney's assistant and she confirmed that 45 day letter for me was recieved and replied back. She didn't tell me the dates.

Please add my info to the tracker.

The 2nd gc is also of Prab64. Both the cases have gone to BPC-Dallas.

Havent received 45 day Letter notice yet.

What i should do in this case. My company is of no help to me in this case. Not allowing me to talk to lawyer also.

Is there a way i can know somehow what happened to my case.

Appreciate all the help.

Chicago RD 06/04/04 -- 45 day letter anybody??

I know JC_GC is wating like me...I want to know if there is anybody else like me waiting for 45 day letter.

Sent one email last week for inquiry there was no reply from them yet.

My case is EB3 non RIR
NJ PD 08/2002

Have no idea where my case is? Any one can shed any light and how and where do we contact to get any idea? My employer has changed his office address Does he need to notify BEC?
